They need to offload Aaron Wan-Bissaka first before completing a move for Mazraoui, but it looks like that issue has also been solved.

Noussair Mazraoui will be an excellent addition to Erik ten Hag’s squad. He mainly plays at right-back but can also operate on the left.
The Moroccan is highly rated for his passing, tackling and ball interception skills.
Wan-Bissaka was excellent defensively but didn’t offer a lot of attacking threat. Mazraoui would be an upgrade on him in this regard.
The former Crystal Palace man has also entered the final year of his contract at Old Trafford and so the hierarchy decided to cash in on him in this transfer window.
