Manchester United defender Will Fish is undergoing a medical at Cardiff City today ahead of sealing a permanent move to the Welsh capital, WalesOnline understands.
It is understood that wile the deal is unlikely to be announced today, the formalities are hoped to have been agreed within the next 24 hours, with a package worth up to £2m reportedly agreed with the Old Trafford club.
Manager Erol Bulut will speak later today to confirm whether Fish will be done in time for him to be available to face south Wales rivals Swansea City in the derby on Sunday.

Fish represents a further addition to the back line, with Bulut keen to send Malachi Fagan-Walcott out on loan for another year of men’s football.
A number of Championship clubs have registered an interest in Fish, but Cardiff have won the race for the central defender.
