Scott McTominay had ‘furious bust-up’ with key Man Utd player last season as Old Trafford exit moves closer

Imminent Manchester United departee Scott McTominay reportedly had a furious bust-up with a teammate last season.

United have agreed a deal in principle to sell the Scotland international to Serie A side Napoli for around £25 million.

McTominay had been heavily linked with Fulhamearlier in the window, with United rejecting their bid.

The Sun claimed that Lisandro Martinez and Victor Lindelof “lost it” with one another after the dismal defensive display.

However, the report also stated that United captain Bruno Fernandes confronted McTominay, who made his first start of the new season as the Red Devils suffered a third loss in four games.
