The clock is ticking for Manchester United to finalise their transfer business this summer.
Manuel Ugarte has already touched down in the UK, and the 23-year-old is expected to complete his £42.3million switch from PSG imminently. United have until 11pm on Friday night to get that deal across the line, but for him to be available against rivals Liverpool on Sunday afternoon, Ugarte needs to be registered by noon.
