Garnacho’s brother reveals why one teammate ‘didn’t want to’ join forward in celebrating goal

Alejandro Garnacho has started the campaign in the most prolific form of his career thus far – despite having to navigate cameos off the bench on numerous occasions

Indeed, the Manchester United livewire is improving all aspects of his game significantly and growing in confidence with each passing season.

The way he plays without fear on the ball is undoubtedly what sets him aside from his counterparts; Garnacho is willing to take risks and go full throttle, even if it sometimes results in him being dispossessed or chances going astray.

Such patience and determination have paid off, though, as he boasts an incredible six goals and four assists in just 255 minutes worth of action (all competitions) this season.

Last night, when the Reds ran riot with a 7-0 Carabao Cup win over Barnsley, Garnacho netted twice and contributed two assists across his 84 minutes on the turf in an all-round stellar display from the 20-year-old – and the whole squad.
