Video: Casemiro hits wondergoal in first Man Utd game after Ten Hag as Carragher left red-faced

Casemiro netted his second goal in as many games for Manchester United as they began life without Erik ten Hag.

The Dutchman was let go by Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS following Sunday’s defeat away to West Ham United.

Negotiations are ongoing with current Sporting CP manager Ruben Amorim, with Ruud van Nistelrooy placed in interim charge.

The ex-Red Devils’ striker was handed an early gift by Casemiro, who curled home a Goal of the Season contender from 25 yards out early in the first half.

Alejandro Garnacho’s clever work in the build-up eventually saw the ball drop to Casemiro, who wrapped his right foot around the ball and guided it into the top-right corner
