Pundit reveals how many players Man United are expected to buy for Ruben Amorim

The 39-year-old initially had a decent start to life at Old Trafford, picking up wins over the likes of Everton and Viktoria Plzen. But as the manager himself had envisioned, it didn’t take too long for the storm to blow away the team that is apparently built on a shaky foundation.

The Red Devils have lost their last three matches in a row across all competitions, with Amorim becoming the first manager to lose five of his first 10 outings at the club since 1932, as the team currently wanders 14th in the Premier League table.

At this point, it is painfully obvious that the Portuguese manager doesn’t possess the right players to interpret his favorite 3-4-2-1 formation which is keen to maintain at all costs.

Hence, Man Utd are in dire need of a squad overhaul. So will the management oblige and provide Amorim with players suitable for his playing style?
