Gary Neville names only three Man Utd players who have ‘done okay’ since Ruben Amorim replaced Erik ten Hag

Gary Neville picked out only three Manchester United players who had taken to Ruben Amorim’s playing style after the Red Devils’ latest defeat.

On Monday night, United welcomed Eddie Howe’s men to Old Trafford as they looked to end their three-match losing streak.

However, Amorim‘s men were not at the races in the first half as goals from Alexander Isak and Joelinton gave the visitors a 2-0 half-time lead.

In the second period, United improved slightly but failed to break through the stubborn Newcastle defence.

The defeat by Newcastle left United 14th in the Premier League table, a huge 23 points behind leaders Liverpool.

Speaking on Sky Sports, former United defender Neville picked out only three players that he feels have ‘done okay’ since Amorim arrived.

He said: “There are only three players that can probably say that they have done okay since Ruben Amorim arrived.
