Marcus Rashford wants to join ONE club over any other team – but there’s a huge problem.
Rashford has been the subject of intense transfer speculation after admitting that he’s ‘ready for a new challenge’.
He gave the revealing interview after being left out of Ruben Amorim’s matchday squad against Manchester City, with the 27-year-old restored to the squad against Newcastle United on Monday.
With the January transfer window now open, the Man United star has been strongly linked with a move away from Old Trafford.
Arsenal have been mooted as a potential destination, with a report detailing how much they are willing to pay for the out-of-favour forward.
Rashford, however, wants to sign for Barcelonaover any other team, according to Alex Crook.
A potential move to Barca could be tricky to navigate as the La Liga side are currently unable to register new players, with summer signing Dani Olmo unregistered.
Olmo was signed from RB Leipzig for a reported fee of £51 million.
He’s played 11 league games for Barca this season through a temporary registration as they could not meet the league’s wage cap restrictions.
