Manchester United fans have called on Ruben Amorim to drop one player after their 2-2 draw at Liverpool.
Amorim’s side performed well in the first half and had several chances to take the lead at Anfield.
They did take the lead on 52 minutes through Lisandro Martinez, with the Argentinian unexpectedly getting himself in the Liverpool penalty area before firing an unstoppable left-footed effort in off the crossbar.
And it was 2-1 on 70 minutes after Matthijs de Ligt gave away a penalty for handball.
Mohamed Salah stepped up and curled the ball into the bottom left corner beyond Andre Onana.
The penalty was awarded after the ball struck De Ligt’s outstretched arm.
