Central Defender: Harry Maguire (4/10)
Maguire made some important defensive contributions. However, he missed a sitter in the final minutes, costing United a chance for a win.
Left Centre Back: Lisandro Martinez (9/10)
Martinez was outstanding. He scored the opening goal for the Red Devils in this Liverpool vs Man Utd game and made crucial blocks throughout the game. This was a brilliant display from him after a string of poor performances.
Right Wing Back: Noussair Mazraoui (8/10)
Mazraoui had a solid game. He kept Liverpool’s attacks on his side under control and supported the attack effectively.
Defensive Midfielder: Manuel Ugarte (8/10)
Ugarte worked hard in midfield, breaking up Liverpool’s play. Unfortunately, he played Cody Gakpo onside for the equaliser.
Centre Midfielder: Kobbie Mainoo (8/10)
Mainoo showed maturity beyond his years. He controlled the midfield with smart passing and made some important tackles in this Liverpool vs Man United game.
Left Wing Back: Diogo Dalot (8/10)
Dalot put in a tireless performance on the left flank. His attacking runs caused problems for Trent Alexander-Arnold, and he provided a great cross to Amad Diallo.
Right Winger: Amad Diallo (6/10)
Diallo had a poor game overall. He missed a great chance in the first half and slipped at a crucial moment. However, he redeemed himself with a late equaliser to make the score Liverpool 2-2 Man Utd.
Striker: Rasmus Hojlund (3/10)
Hojlund had a quiet game. His only big chance came in the first half, but he shot straight at Alisson.
Left Winger: Bruno Fernandes (9/10)
Fernandes made a big impact. He played several creative passes and kept United’s attack ticking.
Substitute: Alejandro Garnacho (8/10)
Garnacho made a difference after coming on. His clever run and cross set up the goal for Amad.
Substitute: Leny Yoro (NA/10)
Yoro did not play enough minutes to earn a full rating but made an important tackle late in the game.
