PSG midfielder Manuel Ugarte has reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Manchester United over a transfer this summer.
MEN Sport understands Ugarte is at the top of Erik ten Hag’s wishlist this summer as he looks to strengthen his central midfield. The Uruguayan is thought to be keen on a move to the Premier Leagueand PSG look to be preparing for life without him having not included the player in their squad for the 4-1 victory over Le Havre.
According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, negotiations between all parties are now at an advanced stage. While he stressed the deal is not over the line yet, there is a general reassurance that one will be completed.
