Bid Accepted and personal terms agreed: Man United very close to sign £98,000 a week star as both parties reaches agreement

If reports in the media are anything to go by then the Red Devils are serious about signing Sander Berge, from Burnley.

According to TDF, Man Utd have already offered terms of a contract to sign Berge, they are prepared to pay a salary of 6 million euros per annum i.e. around £98,000 a week.

As per today’s edition of The Irish Daily Star, the 26-year-old midfielder is valued at around 35 million euros (£29.8million).

The Norwegian international did not feature in the last friendly contest against Luton, and Burnley boss, George Burley, has confirmed that he will miss tomorrow’s PL opener vs Cardiff due to injury. Burley said:

“Sander has been struggling with a quad injury but he will be back on the grass in the next few days — the weekend comes too early for him though.”

Berge can effectively play in the defensive and central midfield roles and last season, he feature in every single game in the Premier League bar one
