Erik ten Hag will take on Jose Mourinho as both sides look to record a statement win on Thursday night, but the home side will be without a key player for the foreseeable future.
Turkish outlet Sabah claim defender Jayden Oosterwolde has been ruled out for up to five months with a cruciate ligament injury and could even be out for as long as seven months depending on his recovery process. The 23-year-old picked up the injury during the 2-2 draw with Samsunspor at the weekend.
The injury blow is a huge setback for Mourinho, with Oosterwolde having started all 14 of their matches this season, with the weekend draw the only time he has failed to complete a match in regular time during the current campaign.
