‘A bit disrespectful’: What Alejandro Garnacho did when he was subbed by Erik ten Hag at Wembley today – journalist

Manchester City will await them in what will be a tough ask for United. But with it just being one game and City apparently running on fumes – if you believe their manager – there could be a chance for United to win out.

Today, Ten Hag saw some of his big performers step up when it mattered.

Scott McTominay got the opener, before Harry Maguire scored just before the break and Bruno Fernandes netted around the hour mark to seal the deal.

Of course, one of the stories that has dominated the run up to the semi-final has been Alejandro Garnacho’s poor response to being subbed last week.

Since then, Erik ten Hag has disciplined his winger but still afforded him the start at Wembley today before eventually taking him off at 3-0 up.
