Big West Ham blow as Man Utd reportedly prepare £13m bid for 27yo who wants Old Trafford move

So Manchester United could prove to be a big problem for West Ham United in the transfer market this summer.

In the summer transfer window, West Ham and Manchester United both need to significantly bolster their respective rosters.

With a lot of work ahead of him, Julen Lopetegui is reportedly giving the recruitment of a new center-forward this summer top priority.

Although Michail Antonio has performed admirably for us, Lopetegui must make a major acquisition during this transfer window in order to improve the 34-year-old.

Lopetegui appears to have Youssef En-Nesyri at the top of his list for this summer.

It makes sense, since the Moroccan is ideally matched to the lineup that the Hammers manager prefers to use. They spent 2.5 years together at Sevilla.

The 27-year-old would be a fantastic addition to West Ham’s offensive options this summer and a fantastic acquisition.

Since January 2021, West Ham has actively pursued En-Nesyri’s signing; it appears that this summer will be the moment when we are able to sign him.

But be careful—there could be problems ahead.

Manchester United to challenge West Ham for Youssef En-Nesyri

Thus, it appears that the diligent forward is eager to join the Premier League after leaving La Liga this summer.

Sadly for us, though, it appears that En-Nesyri’s favourite place to go is Old Trafford. At least, that’s what Rudy Galetti says.

It would be a devastating blow for West Ham to lose out on Youssef En-Nesyri to Manchester United.

The Morocco international’s work ethic, aerial skill, and finishing ability are everything the Hammers could want in a centre forward.

He is superior to Michail Antonio and more than capable of leading the line by himself.

With En-Nesyri playing in front of Lucas Paqueta and between Mohammed Kudus and Jarrod Bowen, we would be a real offensive danger and would go to a whole new level.

However, Man United seem set to wreck our summer plan.

West Ham should have moved to sign En-Nesyri much sooner, and now we face the possibility of missing out on him. To say that’s frustrating would be a big understatement.
