Fabrizio Romano says Ineos have ‘100 per cent approved’ Manchester United transfer target after scouting recommendation

Manchester United are now gearing up for a hugely important transfer window as the club look to try and build a successful way forward.

There’s a sense of change at Old Trafford as Ineos looks to establish themselves during their first summer transfer window in charge.

Whatever happens in the FA Cup Final, a squad that finished a miserable seventh the previous season will need new faces to bring them up to speed.

In order to convince United to conduct business, newly appointed technical director Jason Wilcox has been working hard to identify possible transfer targets.

Manchester United like Michael Olise

One player whose name has been frequently linked in recent weeks is Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise, who was excellent in the Eagles recent win over Manchester United.

It wasn’t just Manchester United fans who were impressed. The club’s scouts and hierarchy are in sync in approval of the Palace forward.

Fabrizio Romano, speaking to The United Stand, explains: “Manchester United have approved this possibility in terms of scouting him. The player is 100 per cent approved internally.”
