Man Utd now prepare double raid to sign £119million stars – Report

Manchester United is getting ready to launch a double raid to capture Goncalo Inacio and Morten Hjulmand, who are valued at a combined £119 million (140 million euros).

The Red Devils are in the greatest position to entice the central defender, for whom the Lions are seeking a cost of 60 million euros (£51 million), according to a story we published via Record last night.

Man Utd is reportedly planning to recruit Hjulmand from the Lions in addition to Inacio, according to today’s edition of O Jogo (news image below).

In order to contend for the Premier League title the next season, the Red Devils need a revolution during the summer transfer window, and they want the Liga Nos tandem.

Hjulmand is under contract with Sporting until 2028, and he has a release clause worth 80 million euros (£68 million).

Frederico Varandas, the president of Sporting, and his colleagues will not “give up” this money to let the player leave this summer.

Under Ruben Amorim’s direction, the 24-year-old star showed himself to be quite reliable in the defensive midfield position.

In the league, he started 28 games, and he contributed to the team’s 14 clean sheets as they won the championship.

Additionally, the Danish international with five caps was able to help the Portuguese powerhouses with four goals and as many assists.

The Old Trafford outfit need to reinforce their backline and must also sign a top play breaker to replace Casemiro.

In such a scenario, should Man Utd splash the cash to sign Inacio and Hjulmand?
