Ratcliffe in dreamland with generational star to sign with Man Utd this summer

A generational star who will be the cornerstone of Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s new era at Manchester United will sign a triple-your-money deal this summer, according to a report.

Even though Ratcliffe only owns a little portion of Man United, the British billionaire has complete sports authority thanks to his partial buyout, which gives him the freedom to run the team anyway he pleases.

Behind the scenes, changes are in the works for Dan Ashworth, the sporting director, and Omar Berrada, the CEO. The new Technical Director, Jason Wilcox, is already on the job.

In addition, the management job is being closely examined, and it is widely believed that Erik ten Hag will be fired after leading Manchester United to victory in the FA Cup final two weeks ago.

Man Utd shocked Premier League winners Manchester City at Wembley, defying the odds. Teenage phenom Kobbie Mainoo was one of the day’s most important performers.

Ratcliffe has already given his hiring team the order to stop adding “Hollywood” players to United. In the transfer market, Ratcliffe is prioritising youth more than ever, despite the fact that current young talents Alejandro Garnacho, Rasmus Hojlund, and Mainoo have all been judged unmarketable.

Ratcliffe is obviously drawn to the vibrancy that youth offers, and Mainoo in particular will be crucial to his plans for the next ten years at the very least.

Mainoo, who is only 19 years old, has already had a significant impact on the first team. Mainoo made it into Gareth Southgate’s England squad for Euro 2024 after scoring in the FA Cup final, where he was also named man of the match.

Other than a few speculative connections to Real Madrid, there hasn’t been much evidence to suggest Man Utd are in danger of losing Mainoo.

However, the young player at Old Trafford is now only paid £20,000 a week, and considering his enormous influence thus far, he is definitely worthy of a substantial pay increase.

Mainoo to sign triple-your-money deal before next season begins

The current agreement with Mainoo expires in2027, and discussions have taken made regarding extending it by years and raising the salary.

Journalist Steve Bates now claims that Mainoo will write before the start of the upcoming season.

Mainoo is “expected to sign a bumper new contract worth £60,000 a week by the start of the new season,” according to Bates, who wrote for GiveMeSport.

As a result, the teenager is expected to receive three times his current pay, and not many would contest his right to it.

Mainoo hasn’t let his tremendous ascent in the game get to his head; he still resides in south Manchester with his parents.

The player’s feet have remained firmly on the ground and Man Utd coaches are convinced Mainoo will not only match his heroic exploits next season, but continue to develop and progress even further.
