Richard Keys tells Erik ten Hag to RESIGN as Man Utd manager after telling him to ‘have some class’

Richard Keys has told Erik ten Hag to resign as Manchester United manager.

After a tough 23/24 season that resulted in an eighth-placed finish in the Premier League, Ten Hag managed to end it on a high by leading the Red Devils to FA Cup glory.

Goals from Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo sealed a 2-1 victory over rivals Manchester City at Wembley.

After weeks of speculation, it was reported that United will stick with Ten Hag on the back of their end-of-season review.

On Thursday, it was reported by transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano that United will add to Ten Hag’s backroom staff and that the Dutchman will sign a new deal at Old Trafford.

Romano wrote on social media: “Exclusive story confirmed: Man United will add Ruud van Nistelrooy and René Hake from Go Ahead Eagles to their new backroom staff.

“Erik ten Hag will sign new contract in the next days, all agreed and 100% done as revealed earlier this week.”

Reacting to the latest development, Keys wrote: “How many more indignities can ten Hag take?

“First his job was hawked all over Europe & he ended up 4th choice for it – now Sunny Jim wants to appoint staff around him – Rene Hake & van Nistelrooy. Wilcox lays out style of play. Where will it end? He should have some class & walk.”
